Vitamin E is found in our sebum (skin oil), which creates a natural barrier to keep moisture in your skin. Since d*shine’s Shine Reducer aims to control oil, we supplement it with Vitamin E to maintain your skin’s protection.

No, it applies on clear and adapts to any skin tone.
